Support the Center Director in managing a Christ-centered early learning program: oversee curriculum and classroom support, ensure licensing and USDA/CACFP compliance, recruit and mentor staff, handle admissions and outreach, perform administrative tasks, and model spiritual leadership. Maintain records, prepare for inspections, and promote a safe, faith-integrated environment for children and families.

Teach elementary Spanish focusing on vocabulary, grammar, pronunciation, conversation, and culture. Develop curriculum maps and lesson plans aligned with WA requirements, use RenWeb and Microsoft Teams for grading and assignments, incorporate technology, communicate promptly with parents, coordinate field trips and events, attend meetings and retreats, and maintain substitute/emergency plans. Support the school's Christian mission and exhibit active church involvement.
