Leads regional HR operations across casino sites, including recruitment, onboarding, compensation, benefits, training, performance management, employee relations, labour relations, policy interpretation, and HR compliance. Coaches managers and employees, oversees unionized workplace matters, implements corporate HR programs, manages HR projects, analyzes metrics, and supports risk reduction. The role requires extensive HR experience, managerial leadership, collective agreement expertise, and strong knowledge of employment legislation.

Supports HR operations through talent acquisition, application review, requisition management, new-hire training coordination, employee scheduling, records administration, HR correspondence, and staff support. The role also researches employment law issues and assists with HR projects. Strong interpersonal, writing, organizational, multitasking, and labor-law knowledge are required, along with a human resources diploma or degree and at least two years of HR experience.

Supervise casino cage operations, staff, schedules, cash handling, gaming transactions, audits, reconciliations, chip inventories, cheque issuance, ticket redemption, reporting, and regulatory compliance. The role requires mentoring employees, maintaining accurate and secure monetary records, operating cage equipment, and supporting departmental operations in a confined casino environment.
