Identifies, recruits, and signs contractor partners for home improvement financing solutions in the Oklahoma City market. Owns the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing and ongoing account management, drives partner adoption, and manages contractor relationships. Leads, mentors, and develops support staff while ensuring compliance with BSA/AML, OFAC, GLBA, and other applicable regulations.

Provides administrative and operational support to wealth advisors and bank offices. Responsibilities include client communication, account opening, financial transaction processing, documentation review, CRM record maintenance, business reporting, policy updates, and marketing event assistance. Ensures compliance with banking laws, BSA/AML, OFAC, privacy regulations, and internal procedures while identifying suspicious activity and maintaining confidential client information.

Oversees commercial banking activities for a geographic region, including loan and deposit growth, portfolio quality, regulatory compliance, business development, budgeting, and regional performance. Leads commercial banking strategies, manages client relationships, presents loans to committees, monitors risk ratings, develops products, and mentors staff. The role also supports hiring and performance management while ensuring compliance with BSA/AML, OFAC, GLBA, and other banking regulations. Travel of up to 20–30% may be required.
