Coordinates, audits, corrects, stores, ships, and tracks mortgage trailing documents according to agency and investor guidelines. Owns the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing and ongoing account management, drives partner adoption, and manages contractor relationships. Leads, mentors, and develops support staff while ensuring compliance with BSA/AML, OFAC, GLBA, and other applicable regulations.

Oversees commercial banking activities for a geographic region, including loan and deposit growth, portfolio quality, regulatory compliance, business development, budgeting, and regional performance. Leads commercial banking strategies, manages client relationships, presents loans to committees, monitors risk ratings, develops products, and mentors staff. The role also supports hiring and performance management while ensuring compliance with BSA/AML, OFAC, GLBA, and other banking regulations. Travel of up to 20–30% may be required.
