Collects, scans, indexes, and validates borrower loss mitigation documents, manages inbox communications, requests third-party reports, updates servicing system, sends notifications, and ensures regulatory and investor compliance.

Serve as technical administrator and liaison for banking systems: gather and prioritize requirements, translate to functional/technical specs, run workshops, support testing/UAT and release coordination, resolve production issues, review vendor releases, and ensure regulatory compliance (BSA/AML, OFAC, GLBA).

Recruit, sign, and manage contractor partners for consumer/home improvement lending. Own full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and ongoing account management. Coach and mentor support staff, participate in hiring and reviews, and ensure compliance with BSA/AML, OFAC, and GLBA/privacy rules.
