Lead development, implementation, and oversight of wellness programs, staff, budget, equipment, and events. Recruit, train, and manage wellness personnel, ensure program quality and safety, collaborate with marketing and community partners, support fundraising and strategic initiatives, and maintain compliance with risk management and abuse prevention policies.

Leads safe, engaging group fitness classes, maintains attendance and equipment, supports members wellness goals, subbing as needed, follows YMCA policies, completes required trainings and abuse-risk management.

Provides one-on-one personal training and wellness coaching, delivering individualized training plans, fitness evaluations, and progress tracking. Builds relationships, enforces YMCA policies, completes required trainings, and supports fitness floor operations and safety procedures.

Provide front-desk membership services: greet members, answer phones, conduct tours, process registrations/payments, enforce policies, maintain records, follow emergency and abuse-prevention procedures.

Facilitate themed children's birthday parties on weekends: set up activity spaces, lead age-appropriate games, supervise and ensure safety, handle conflicts, complete required abuse-risk training, and uphold YMCA values while engaging guests.

Lead and supervise groups of elementary and middle school campers Monday–Friday during the summer. Plan and run developmentally appropriate, culturally relevant activities; ensure camper safety and adherence to YMCA policies; build relationships with campers, families, and staff; attend trainings and family events.

Supervise and engage children in age-appropriate activities that reflect YMCA values. Ensure safety, wellness, and cleanliness of program space; maintain records; communicate with parents; attend trainings and events; complete abuse risk management training and follow mandated reporting and supervision procedures.

Lead and build relationships with groups of children; design and implement developmentally appropriate specialty camp activities (e.g., sports, arts, science, dance, Lego). Ensure camper safety, maintain supplies and budgets, mentor counselors, complete records and incident reports, communicate professionally with families, and uphold YMCA values, policies, and required child-abuse prevention procedures.
