Leads gas processing plant projects from proposal development through execution, commissioning, and closeout. Manages engineering, procurement, manufacturing, installation, budgets, schedules, risks, quality, safety, contracts, and customer requirements. Supervises technical document approvals, supports cost estimates and business development, participates in HAZOP and project reviews, and performs field troubleshooting and startup activities. Requires engineering expertise, substantial capital-project management experience, gas processing knowledge, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Supervise daily assembly of gas processing skids and related industrial equipment. Coordinate personnel, materials, tools, production schedules, mechanical and piping work, quality inspections, safety compliance, and documentation. Lead assemblers and fabricators, interpret drawings and P&IDs, resolve production issues, minimize rework, maintain shop organization, and support continuous improvement. The role also provides employee training, performance feedback, workforce planning, and cross-functional coordination with engineering, quality, purchasing, materials, welding, and project management.

Summer internship for sophomore, junior, and senior engineering students. Interns will support gas processing equipment design and development, gain exposure to engineering, manufacturing, controls, electrical systems, and project execution, and collaborate with industry professionals on energy-sector projects while developing technical and professional skills.

Manage technical and engineering document control throughout production projects, including document distribution, transmittals, client comments, vendor routing, audit records, data books, manuals, and FTP coordination. Support project managers and engineering teams with schedules, meetings, reports, administrative tasks, and workflow prioritization. Requires strong organization, communication, confidentiality, time management, Microsoft Office proficiency, and prior oil and gas or manufacturing experience.

Design, program, test, commission, and support PLC/HMI/SCADA/DCS automation software for gas processing equipment and integrated control systems. Create control documentation, configure industrial networks, perform FAT/SAT, troubleshoot field issues, support commissioning, and collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, vendors, and customers to improve system reliability and operator experience.

Review RFQs for client, code, and standards compliance; quantify cost/time for compliance; secure vendor pricing; maintain vendor lists and estimating files; transfer estimates to ERP; liaison with engineering; support quotation negotiations and kickoff meetings. Utilize ACCE/Cleopatra and Microsoft Office; occasional travel.
