Own customer outcomes for Gasworks, an agentic platform. Deploy and operate the product in customers’ repositories, CI systems, clouds, and identity environments; debug distributed systems; write customer-driven fixes and integrations; and turn deployments into repeatable onboarding playbooks. The role combines software engineering, customer-facing implementation, product feedback, technical documentation, and daily use and verification of coding agents. Some customer travel is required.

Own and operate core platform systems for hosted agent orchestration, including Beads Team Server, cloud-based Gas City, billing, permissions, and SSO. Design for distributed state, concurrency, reliability, observability, backups, security, and production failure recovery. Build primarily in Go across storage, runtimes, containers, and cloud infrastructure while collaborating closely with the CTO and startup team.

Own and operate customer-facing products for running coding agents at scale, including Beads Team Server and hosted Gas City. Design, ship, debug, and maintain systems involving state, concurrency, reliability, storage, orchestration, APIs, and observability. Contribute to open-source repositories, collaborate directly with company leadership and customers, and use coding agents while rigorously verifying their output.
