Maintains data integrity, optimizes protocols, supports scientific communication and publications, trains colleagues, coordinates laboratory resources, and manages competing research timelines. The role focuses on cancer cell biology, immunology, cancer relapse, and tumor microenvironment research.

Lead the design, development, deployment, and operation of a Gen3-based research data platform on Google Cloud Platform. Responsibilities include coordinating single-cell omics and clinical-data ETL workflows, developing integrations with analysis tools, managing Kubernetes, Terraform/OpenTofu, and CI/CD infrastructure, gathering stakeholder requirements, contributing code and architecture decisions, improving developer tooling, and mentoring team members.

Leads Executive Office operations, governance infrastructure, executive preparation, stakeholder communications, and support for leadership forums and committees. Manages the Executive Assistant, coordinates calendars and meetings, prepares briefings and Board papers, oversees action follow-up, supports presentations, and provides research and analytical assistance to the Executive Director. The role requires exceptional organisation, communication, discretion, judgement, and ability to manage complex priorities in a scientific research environment.
