Manage the full federal procurement lifecycle for DHS and ICE, including requirements development, market research, solicitations, proposal evaluation, negotiations, awards, and contract administration. Interpret and apply FAR and agency regulations, prepare acquisition documentation, analyze contractor costs, support source selections and protests, and handle sensitive information. The role is fully onsite in Washington, DC, five days per week.
