Manage monthly financial forecasting and P&L for 50+ conferences, implement global budgeting processes and templates, create projection tools and reports, train teams, and collaborate cross-functionally to optimize conference financial performance. Travel ~10%.

Responsible for retaining and growing assigned enterprise accounts by building trust with C‑level executives, owning the full sales cycle, developing pipeline, closing new business and upsells, collaborating with internal teams, and meeting assigned quota and KPIs.

Provides Tier 1 technical support to internal associates through phone, chat, and tickets in a 24/7 rotational environment. Responsibilities include logging and managing tickets, troubleshooting Windows, network, VPN, hardware, software, and mobile-device issues, installing and configuring systems, maintaining technical documentation, meeting help desk metrics, and escalating issues to higher-tier IT teams.
