Own product strategy, roadmap, and development for supply-chain platforms supporting food sourcing, warehouse management, and delivery. Partner with engineering, design, operations, and marketing to define requirements, prioritize initiatives, conduct user research, analyze metrics, and deliver customer-focused solutions. Optimize costs through automation and process improvement while building consensus across stakeholders. The role requires product management experience in physical-goods logistics, strong analytical and technical skills, and the ability to lead cross-functionally in a high-growth startup.

Provides live chat and email support to field teams and client office managers, troubleshooting issues, managing and prioritizing help desk tickets, placing orders, recommending products, and escalating problems. The role also supports ticket tagging, workflow improvements, training documentation, and process innovation across operational departments.

Identify, prospect, qualify, and close new SMB accounts through targeted inside-sales plans. Manage customer buying journeys, conduct market research, develop proposals and sales messaging, deliver presentations, negotiate business terms, maintain Salesforce data, and collaborate with account management, sales development, food product, and operational teams. The role requires quota achievement, strategic selling, adaptability, and travel to client sites.
