Maintains confidential personnel records, resolves payroll discrepancies, processes employment verifications and notices, and helps improve payroll efficiency and accuracy. The role reports to the VP of Human Resources and has no direct reports.

Leads communications strategy and earned-media campaigns for public affairs clients. Builds reporter relationships, pitches stories, develops messaging and written materials, manages rapid response, prepares executives for media engagements, and coordinates integrated advocacy campaigns. The role also supports client growth, business development, thought leadership, and the firm's media visibility.
