Develop and maintain Java software for Garmin’s Marine Cloud platform, including complex Spring Boot microservices and cloud-native applications. Responsibilities include designing new functionality, applying coding standards, using configuration and build tools, participating in code reviews, testing, debugging, and solving software problems. The role is fully office-based in Cluj-Napoca, five days per week.

Leads business and technical requirements discovery, documentation, stakeholder alignment, and delivery coordination for Garmin subscription and services projects. Acts as a subject matter expert for supported applications and features, facilitates collaboration across teams, resolves requirements conflicts, and ensures project deliverables meet business objectives. The role requires strong business analysis, communication, leadership, technology implementation, and Agile/Scrum experience.

Senior Product Designer responsible for leading UX, UI, interaction, and visual design across Garmin Golf or Garmin Connect Mobile products. The role includes user research, prototyping, wireframing, design reviews, usability improvements, cross-functional collaboration, and guiding design direction across multiple projects. This fully onsite position also involves contributing to product strategy, assessing feasibility, mentoring or providing feedback to designers, and delivering high-quality solutions.
