Teams at Gardner-Webb University

Supports the Gardner-Webb University volleyball program through team travel coordination, equipment management, alumni relations, social media and graphic design, coaching assistance, and compliance with NCAA, conference, and university regulations.

Leads financial aid operations, including federal data exchanges, application processing, eligibility determination, reporting, compliance, and aid disbursement tracking. Oversees Banner financial aid module functions, software upgrades, documentation, process improvements, and daily office activities. Supervises and trains staff, coordinates with IT and consultants, supports regulatory knowledge, and represents the office at trainings, conferences, and community outreach events.

Provides executive leadership for university finance and administration, serving as CFO and strategic advisor to the President. Oversees budgeting, accounting, forecasting, reporting, audits, grants, compliance, endowment finances, capital planning, and financial sustainability. Also leads Human Resources, Technology Services, campus operations, fleet, dining partnerships, and other administrative functions. Collaborates with executive leadership, trustees, board committees, faculty, and staff to support institutional strategy and responsible resource stewardship.
