Plan, execute, and evaluate the brand marketing plan to achieve short- and medium-term business growth across product, advertising, promotions, selling, and brand administration.

Plan, implement, maintain and develop interactive customer touchpoints (website, social media, email, mobile). Create and edit digital content, support campaigns, coordinate with agencies, monitor performance, and manage schedules and communications.

Perform accounts payable activities supporting plant operations, using Microsoft Office and accounting software. Maintain invoice records, assist reconciliations, and communicate with internal stakeholders. Based at Laguna or Cebu plant.

Support revenue accounting functions including revenue recording, reconciliations, reporting and analysis; prepare presentations; communicate with stakeholders; apply analytical and planning skills using MS Office.

Support regulatory and tax compliance activities including BIR-related transactions and interactions with government and private agencies. Maintain records and process transactions using the Oracle system, and communicate with stakeholders to ensure compliance and accurate financial reporting.

Supervise tax compliance activities including BIR audit handling, ensure adherence to tax regulations, lead a tax accounting team, and provide regulatory guidance. Requires CPA and supervisory experience.

Perform cost accounting and general accounting support using Excel and ERP systems, assist with reporting and reconciliations, and communicate with plant teams. Fresh graduates welcome.

Supervise general accounting functions at plant level, ensuring accurate financial records and compliance. Lead a small accounting team, perform accounting tasks using Oracle, and support month-end close and reporting. Requires CPA credential and supervisory experience.

Organize and execute PR and media activities, maintain relationships with journalists and online influencers, produce creative and technical written materials, manage social media presence, and present communications internally and externally.

Perform revenue accounting tasks including preparing reports and presentations, analyzing revenue and reconciliations, communicating findings, and collaborating with the finance team to ensure accurate revenue records.
