Manages healthcare business office operations, including billing, accounts receivable, payment processing, resident trust ledgers, financial reconciliation, inventory, records retention, and reporting. Supports employee onboarding, benefits, payroll, recruitment, and employee relations where no HR Director is present. Ensures compliance with company policies, resident rights, and Medicare, Medicaid, and third-party billing requirements.

Provides direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care facility. Responsibilities include health assessments, individualized care plans, medication and treatment administration, wound care, IV therapy, emergency response, documentation, regulatory compliance, family communication, and supervision of CNAs and LPNs.

Directs the social services department in a long-term care facility, supporting residents and families through assessments, therapeutic interventions, care planning, documentation, advocacy, family meetings, admissions, discharges, and discharge planning. The role coordinates with interdisciplinary teams, ensures regulatory compliance, manages departmental reporting and budgets, and helps address residents’ emotional, social, and medically related needs.

The Director of Nursing oversees nursing staff, ensuring quality care, compliance with regulations, and development of nursing policies. The role involves recruitment, performance evaluations, and managing nursing operations while ensuring adherence to care standards.
