Supports IT operations in a secure detention facility by installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting computer systems, networks, communications equipment, surveillance, access control, and operational technology. Provides user support, account management, backups, system updates, documentation, inventory tracking, vendor coordination, and outage response. Ensures compliance with cybersecurity, operational security, and regulatory requirements while supporting audits and maintaining reliable facility operations.

Provides accurate, impartial English-Spanish interpretation and written translation for detainees, facility personnel, medical staff, legal representatives, visitors, and operational departments. Maintains confidentiality, translates sensitive terminology, records assignments, supports audits, and follows facility access controls, safety requirements, and security procedures. The role requires bilingual fluency, professionalism, cultural awareness, composure under pressure, and compliance with background, medical, drug screening, and facility requirements.

Performs administrative and logistics support in Baghdad, including maintaining personnel, property, maintenance, and operational records; preparing reports; managing schedules and timesheets; coordinating transportation, housing, shipping, billeting, storage, and maintenance; and tracking equipment and supplies. The role requires overseas logistics experience, property management expertise, Microsoft Office proficiency, a Secret clearance, medical and physical qualification, and completion of pre-deployment training.
