Manage and support security operations in Balad, Iraq, coordinating ERT, Mobile PSO, and Static Security. Oversee policy implementation, drills, readiness, staffing, equipment accountability, incident coordination, AARs, and compliance with ROE and host-nation laws. Mentor leaders, support resource allocation and reporting, and ensure operational effectiveness in a high-threat austere environment.

Monitor and coordinate detention facility operations from the Tactical Operations Center, maintaining situational awareness via surveillance, alarms, radios and dashboards. Coordinate emergency responses, incident notifications, staffing and resident movements; document incidents and maintain logs; ensure communications and monitoring equipment function; support drills and evacuation procedures while complying with detention standards and safety protocols.

Conduct administrative and operational investigations into staff misconduct, resident complaints, and use-of-force incidents within a detention facility. Collect and preserve evidence, review reports and video, interview witnesses and staff, prepare detailed investigative findings and recommendations, coordinate with leadership and outside agencies, monitor trends, and support audits and compliance reviews while maintaining confidentiality and adherence to detention standards and facility policies.
