Manage and standardize project delivery for Technology, initially focusing on infrastructure and cloud migration. Plan and track multiple projects, maintain plans and RAID logs, run meetings, coordinate vendors and global stakeholders, present status to executives, and improve PM standards and governance.

Coordinate with MSPs, assist security with vulnerability remediation and incident response, and support infrastructure, endpoint management, and global projects.

Support day-to-day security operations including vulnerability/patch management, IAM and access reviews, incident triage with MDR, security awareness/phishing programs, vendor due diligence, policy work, and analyst-level security initiatives across firm stakeholders.

Analyze investment ideas in the inflation market using qualitative and quantitative methods, supporting portfolio managers and research processes.

Lead and scale the management company accounting function globally, owning month-end and annual close, consolidations, multi-currency reporting, and technical US GAAP guidance. Build and manage a high-performing team, define internal controls, lead external audits, and drive process transformation and automation. Partner with Tax, Legal, Compliance, and Operations to ensure audit-ready financial reporting and regulatory compliance across multi-entity structures.

Manage daily operations of the Wayzata office: greet clients, answer main phone lines, handle mail and shipping, manage supplies and conference room calendars, coordinate meetings and catering, support global admin team, perform errands and light lifting, and provide backup to office support staff.

The Quantitative Researcher will develop data-driven trading strategies, participate in research, and collaborate with portfolio managers and technology teams for systematic trading.

The AI Intern will assist in developing AI-driven business solutions, automate data analysis, and conduct feasibility studies on AI technologies.

Design, build, and maintain risk management systems and analytics for fixed-income and interest-rate derivative portfolios. Develop services in C# and Python, use gRPC microservices, Python scientific stack, Parquet, and relational databases. Containerize deployments, support internal and third-party risk tools, and troubleshoot trading desk and risk systems.
