Support enterprise infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and on-premises environments. Support Garda’s third-party trade capture and P&L system across multiple asset classes. Responsibilities include real-time and end-of-day application support, system monitoring, market data and FIX flow checks, user requirement gathering, coordinating enhancements with technology teams and vendors, onboarding users, and testing releases and hotfixes.

Senior Risk Manager responsible for identifying, measuring, and monitoring portfolio risk across macro and rates strategies. Duties include designing risk frameworks, stress and scenario analyses, performance and crowding assessments, risk dashboards, exposure monitoring, and complex risk-management projects. The role requires communicating key risk factors, developing expertise across trading strategies, and applying metrics such as market sensitivity, volatility, and expected loss.

Manage risk for macro-focused investment portfolios by developing risk frameworks, stress tests, scenario analyses, metrics, dashboards, and monitoring tools. Conduct portfolio deep dives, performance and crowding analysis, assess daily and long-term exposures, communicate key risk factors, and independently lead complex risk management projects across trading strategies.

Design, build, and maintain risk management systems and analytics for fixed-income and interest-rate derivative portfolios. Develop services in C# and Python, use gRPC microservices, Python scientific stack, Parquet, and relational databases. Containerize deployments, support internal and third-party risk tools, and troubleshoot trading desk and risk systems.

Manage and standardize project delivery for Technology, initially focusing on infrastructure and cloud migration. Plan and track multiple projects, maintain plans and RAID logs, run meetings, coordinate vendors and global stakeholders, present status to executives, and improve PM standards and governance.
