Lead and develop the Account Executive team, improve sales processes and pipeline discipline, identify funnel opportunities using data, and drive performance against ambitious sales and supply goals. Partner with leadership on recruiting, onboarding, and scaling the sales organization in a fast-growing marketplace company.

As an Account Executive, you will manage the sales cycle, engage with customers to uncover needs, and close impactful deals, while enhancing marketplace growth.

Generate new business via targeted research and high-volume outbound prospecting. Work with the sales team to drive deals, grow the marketplace, and support cross-functional startup tasks while gaining hands-on experience scaling the business.
