Designs and deploys enterprise AI systems centered on large language models, including fine-tuning, retrieval-augmented generation, prompt engineering, autonomous agents, and NLP applications. The role integrates AI into internal tools and digital products, evaluates frameworks, builds scalable training and deployment pipelines, leads architecture decisions, applies emerging research, and mentors team members.

Lead implementation of a new visual identity across internal and external channels. Build scalable templates, design systems, standards, asset libraries, and governance processes while producing high-quality print, digital, presentation, social, event, and multimedia materials. Partner with Marketing and Creative leadership to ensure consistent brand application and long-term sustainability.

Designs, fine-tunes, evaluates, and deploys LLM-based applications using RAG, prompt engineering, autonomous agents, and NLP techniques. Builds scalable AI systems and training pipelines across cloud and local environments, integrates AI into enterprise tools and products, leads architecture decisions, applies emerging research, and mentors team members. Requires strong Python and deep learning expertise, advanced technical education, and at least two years of relevant experience for master’s degree holders.
