Supervises the hardware stocking crew, including hiring, coaching, daily planning, inventory control, equipment operation, and hospitality improvement. Partners with store management and vendors to maintain inventory levels, backup sources, cycle counts, product directories, promotional signage, and company initiatives. Requires strong organization, communication, computer, math, and physical handling skills.

Lead and develop a contractor sales team, grow sales and the customer base, negotiate contracts, build relationships with builders and suppliers, and contribute to facility operations. The role requires knowledge of lumber and building materials, recruiting and training sales professionals, strong computer skills, composure in high-pressure environments, and a commitment to working approximately 50 hours per week.

Receive, verify, and process incoming and outgoing merchandise orders; check inventory availability; inspect outgoing shipments; notify departments of low supplies; operate material handling equipment; maintain safe, clean work environment; file and record orders; perform other related duties.
