Prepare, assemble, portion, and deliver meals and meal carts; follow menus and recipes; rotate and manage supplies; wash, sanitize, and store dishes and equipment; maintain cleanliness and dispose of refuse per policy while supporting resident satisfaction.

Lead and supervise nursing staff, administer medications and treatments, implement and document resident care plans, transcribe physician orders, participate in shift reports, educate support staff, maintain infection-control and safety standards, and coordinate staffing to ensure continuous resident care.
