Advises a collegiate sorority chapter on recruitment strategy, membership selection, continuous open bidding, and recruitment training. Mentors and coaches membership officers, reviews recruitment performance data, supports policy compliance, facilitates workshops, and helps establish membership goals. The volunteer participates in advisory board activities, required training, chapter meetings, and recruitment events while maintaining regular communication with chapter leaders and supervisors.

Volunteer Chapter Advisor mentors and coaches collegiate members and officers, supports chapter goals and policy compliance, facilitates conflict resolution, and promotes leadership development. The advisor recruits, trains, and evaluates alumnae advisory board members; leads meetings, team-building, and annual training; reviews officer reports; and supports chapter planning and operations. The role requires 10–20 hours weekly, participation in training and virtual events, and travel up to eight days annually.
