Advises and coaches a collegiate sorority chapter’s membership officers on recruitment planning, execution, compliance, and goal achievement. The advisor facilitates training, evaluates recruitment performance, supports membership selection and continuous open bidding, monitors officer accountability, and collaborates with chapter advisors and recruitment supervisors. This volunteer role requires ongoing communication, participation in meetings and training, use of Beta Base and OmegaRecruit, and travel of up to ten days annually.

Volunteer financial advisor mentors collegiate financial officers, supports annual and monthly budget management, reviews financial reports and member balances, monitors spending, promotes compliance with IRS and organizational requirements, and helps improve member retention. The advisor coaches officers, facilitates conflict resolution, participates on the chapter advisory board and affiliated house corporation, and completes ongoing training. The role requires five to eight hours weekly, involves a one-year renewable term, and has no expected travel.

Advises a collegiate sorority chapter on recruitment strategy, membership selection, continuous open bidding, and long-term membership goals. Mentors and coaches chapter membership officers, facilitates recruitment training, reviews performance data, reinforces accountability, and ensures compliance with Gamma Phi Beta, NPC, and campus policies. The volunteer attends advisory board and chapter meetings, completes required training, uses Beta Base and OmegaRecruit, responds within 48 hours, and travels up to ten days annually.
