Lead and scale engineering for monetization and self-serve growth: own payment/subscription systems, billing, AI usage tracking, onboarding and activation flows, discovery and lifecycle experiences. Collaborate cross-functionally, run experiments and build durable platforms, mentor engineers, and contribute to engineering and product leadership.

Responsible for all phases of the sales cycle targeting enterprise customers, building relationships, conducting technical POCs, and developing sales playbooks to refine messaging and strategies.
