Lead design, implementation, and productionization of AI systems for games, spanning computer vision, generative AI, conversational agents, and AI-assisted developer tooling. Build end-to-end ML pipelines, deploy models to constrained devices, mentor engineers, and integrate AI into gameplay and development workflows while balancing research and production needs.

Define and drive the AI platform product vision, roadmap, and backlog. Partner with business and technical teams to identify AI use cases, ensure governance and compliance, measure KPIs, and drive adoption through onboarding, training, and stakeholder engagement to deliver production AI solutions with measurable ROI.

Support design and development of gameplay systems, levels, and content. Create and document features, research player behavior and market trends, collaborate with producers, artists, and programmers, identify and solve gameplay issues, and contribute to process improvements.
