Manages digital, social, and content projects from briefing through delivery. Translates client and strategic direction into project plans, coordinates cross-functional teams, tracks timelines, deliverables, budgets, approvals, and risks, and leads day-to-day client communication. Supports campaign reporting, optimization, platform coordination, and financial management while maintaining project documentation and accountability across Social, Creative, Strategy, Production, Media, and Analytics teams.

Supports project financial management from job setup through close, including budget reconciliation, profitability tracking, cost monitoring, financial reporting, vendor invoice review, payroll submissions, expense management, and client fund tracking. Partners with Accounts and Production teams to identify budget risks, overservicing, and efficiency opportunities while maintaining accurate project records and meeting deadlines.

Lead and grow an influencer marketing team while owning strategy and execution for high-profile creator campaigns. Responsibilities include team development, campaign ideation, talent negotiation and contracting, client-facing leadership, cross-functional collaboration, workflow optimization, and campaign reporting. Maintain talent and agency relationships and support business development with compelling decks and proposals.
