Lead and grow an influencer marketing team while owning strategy and execution for high-profile creator campaigns. Responsibilities include team development, campaign ideation, talent negotiation and contracting, client-facing leadership, cross-functional collaboration, workflow optimization, and campaign reporting. Maintain talent and agency relationships and support business development with compelling decks and proposals.

Lead day-to-day client and program management for a multi-year retail pop-up: own timelines, staffing, operations, vendor relations, and experiential programming. Coordinate cross-functional teams from concept through install and activation, solve production and budget challenges, and maintain brand-aligned retail experiences.

Develop and execute social strategy across assigned sports and culture accounts—ideate platform-native content, write copy, build content calendars and decks, collaborate with Creative/Accounts/Production, support client presentations, and react to trends and tentpole moments.
