Supports FP&A reporting and analysis focused on revenue, cost of sales, margins, and profitability. Prepares management reports, maintains financial models, investigates variances and trends, and provides data to Finance Business Partners. The role also contributes to reporting enhancements, process improvements, forward-looking analysis, data quality resolution, and responsible use of AI-enabled tools. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract reporting to the FP&A Director.

Leads multi-channel paid acquisition across SEM, social, native, programmatic, and affiliate channels. Owns a significant media budget, optimizes ROI through testing and attribution, builds and manages a high-performing team, develops partner relationships, and ensures regulatory compliance across jurisdictions. Partners with Product, CRM, Analytics, SEO, Content, and Commercial teams to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
