The Software Developer will lead the development of web applications for meteorological data visualization using advanced techniques, mentor junior developers, and establish coding standards.

Lead architecture, design, and implementation of scalable, secure Red Hat OpenShift platforms across hybrid/multi-cloud and on-premises environments. Define standards, run lifecycle management, enable migrations (including VMware to OpenShift/OVE), ensure compliance (NIST/FedRAMP), provide technical leadership, observability, disaster recovery, and mentor engineering and government teams.

Lead design, implementation, automation, and optimization of enterprise CI/CD/DevSecOps pipelines and IaC across cloud and hybrid environments. Build containerized platforms (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift), implement GitOps, integrate security testing and compliance automation, enable observability, support incident response, and provide cross-functional technical leadership for platform modernization.
