Provides technical and functional support for county enterprise and departmental applications. Responsibilities include troubleshooting incidents, managing tickets, configuring applications, administering users and access, testing upgrades and fixes, supporting implementations, coordinating with vendors, maintaining documentation, and assisting departments with application use. The role follows change management, cybersecurity, access control, and governance requirements, with occasional travel between county facilities and after-hours support.

Designs, develops, supports, and troubleshoots enterprise integrations, APIs, interfaces, and automated data exchanges across County and third-party systems. The role uses integration platforms, REST and SOAP services, databases, structured data formats, monitoring, logging, security controls, and error recovery. Responsibilities include translating requirements into reliable solutions, supporting implementations and migrations, documenting data flows, resolving complex integration failures, and collaborating with application owners, vendors, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and project teams.

Engineer, implement, secure, and maintain the county’s enterprise network and communications infrastructure. Responsibilities include Cisco data center fabrics, LAN/WAN, wireless, SD-WAN, firewalls, VPN, routing, VoIP, carrier connectivity, structured cabling, network documentation, performance analysis, troubleshooting, disaster recovery, and vendor coordination. The role also supports telecommunications systems, infrastructure budgeting, regulatory compliance, and business continuity.
