Contract vertical video editor to create 12–25 short-form, platform-native vertical videos weekly from provided or sourced assets. Responsibilities include sourcing licensed assets, producing 1–2 rounds of revisions, delivering posting-ready 9:16 videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts, and meeting quick turnarounds (often 24–48 hours). Contractor must use their own editing software and submit required paperwork and work samples.

Lead media relations and owned-media strategy for the Executive Director, grow Substack and podium presence, secure earned media and op-eds, manage crisis communications, produce and fact-check talking points, and collaborate on departmental strategy and budgets.
