Develop embedded software for Class II/III pulsed-field electrosurgical medical devices, including automated testing and supporting tools. Lead software design controls, requirements, verification documentation, risk management, traceability, and design reviews. Collaborate with R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Clinical, and Operations teams to ensure product compliance with applicable medical device standards. Support design verification, sustaining engineering, complaint investigations, and continuous process improvements.

Leads mechanical design and development of pulsed-field electrosurgical devices from concept through verification and commercialization. Oversees design controls, requirements traceability, risk management, verification testing, technical reviews, and design transfer. Collaborates with assurance, regulatory, clinical, manufacturing, and other R&D teams while mentoring engineers and resolving complex technical challenges. Supports manufacturability, assembly, sustaining engineering, and complaint investigations. Requires 7+ years of capital equipment development experience, with medical device experience preferred.

Manage contract requests, draft and review agreements, coordinate customer redlines, and partner with Legal, Sales, Finance, Operations, and Customer Service. Maintain contract data, entitlements, and documents across CLM, CRM, and ERP systems. Support renewals, extensions, customer negotiations, compliance functions, internal training, and contract document retrieval while providing responsive service to internal and external customers.

Own the corporate financial model and full P&L consolidation, including revenue, COGS, OPEX, cash flow, and balance sheet forecasts. Lead budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, variance analysis, and financial reporting for executives and the board. Manage G&A, Clinical, and Medical Affairs planning, improve FP&A systems and processes, and support IPO and public-company readiness under U.S. GAAP and accrual accounting requirements.

Owns revenue, COGS, margin, and OPEX forecasting for Commercial, Operations, R&D, Facilities, IT, and Quality. Leads budgeting, long-range planning, variance analysis, business reviews, executive and Board reporting, and FP&A process improvements. Partners with senior leaders to explain financial drivers, address missed targets, and support IPO and public-company readiness under US GAAP and accrual accounting.
