Conduct fundamental research on publicly listed companies, build financial models and valuation frameworks, analyze strategy and market dynamics, perform primary research, and develop investment recommendations. The role supports portfolio monitoring, investment memoranda, investor materials, and market commentary while incorporating technology, policy, sustainability, and macroeconomic insights. It also requires collaboration across teams, compliance with fiduciary obligations, and occasional travel.

Supports private credit and capital solutions investments across energy, power, infrastructure, and sustainability. Responsibilities include deal screening, underwriting, financial modeling, due diligence, investment committee materials, term sheet and documentation support, deal closing, portfolio monitoring, and origination. The role evaluates opportunities across direct lending, mezzanine debt, preferred equity, and structured investments while collaborating with legal, impact, technology, investor relations, and investment teams.

The Investment Associate will source, evaluate, and execute investment opportunities, support portfolio management, and assist with fund administration at Galvanize Climate Solutions, focusing on energy innovation.
