Coordinates and supports the plant’s OT environment, including Foxboro control systems and supporting infrastructure. Manages routine administration, backups, patching, monitoring, documentation, vendors, and project tasks while partnering with controls engineers and specialists on complex work. Supports system upgrades, expansions, procurement, troubleshooting, network segmentation, access control, and reliability in a 24/7 manufacturing environment.

Designs, improves, and supports liquid process manufacturing systems and mechanical equipment. Responsibilities include P&ID development, process optimization, troubleshooting through DCS, KPI and monitoring tool development, production support, and continuous improvement projects. Collaborates with production, quality, maintenance, and other stakeholders to improve safety, quality, productivity, and operational performance. Provides occasional after-hours, weekend, and holiday support.

Leads cross-functional projects from planning through completion to improve business systems and processes. Manages scope, schedules, risks, budgets, testing, troubleshooting, stakeholder communication, vendor coordination, training, and project documentation. Analyzes data to identify process gaps and solutions, supports food and employee safety initiatives, and coaches the Business Process Specialist. Ensures implementations meet operational requirements for quality, reliability, cost, and schedule.
