Teams at Gallery Residential

Manages multifamily residential community operations, financial performance, leasing, marketing, resident satisfaction, vendor relationships, compliance, property inspections, and maintenance standards. Supervises, hires, trains, and develops onsite staff; prepares budgets and financial reports; manages owner communications; enforces leases; and implements strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals. Requires onsite work, property access, occasional after-hours or weekend availability, and business travel.

Lead on-site property operations to maximize financial performance and resident satisfaction. Hire, train, and supervise staff; manage budgets, leasing, vendor relations, inspections, compliance, and owner reporting. Drive marketing, retention, and project initiatives while representing company culture and engaging stakeholders.

Supports the Community Director in financial and operational management of an apartment community: bookkeeping, rent collection, deposits, invoice processing, reconciliations, lease enforcement and evictions, resident relations, leasing support, reporting, and using property management software to track all financial and operational activity. Acts as on-site lead when manager is absent and assists owner/client relations.
