Own the theater-tier roadmap for Navigator, running discovery with COCOM/MAJCOM logisticians, defining priorities, and delivering AI-enabled sustainment decision-support from discovery through adoption. Coordinate with engineering, design, program offices, and leadership to measure mission impact and ensure fielded software is used in operational/classified environments.

Own the technical product lifecycle for Navigator: align architecture with product intent, translate partner and government system integrations into engineering requirements, run pre-development sessions, write architecture-aligned specs, participate in sprints, and ensure clean handoffs through deployment.

Manage end-to-end capture and proposal efforts for federal opportunities (DoD/DoW and civilian agencies). Develop proposal plans, write and edit volumes, run color-team reviews, support capture research and win themes, maintain proposal library, and implement process improvements to scale proposal throughput and win rate.
