Build and operate production ML infrastructure across cloud, on-premises, GPU, edge, and disconnected environments. Own model training and serving, CI/CD, reproducibility, evaluation, observability, data pipelines, retrieval systems, and secure IL5/IL6 deployments. Support accreditation and classified environments while improving reliability, quality, and performance of LLM and ML systems.

Own full-cycle recruiting across technical and operational roles, including sourcing, pipeline development, candidate experience, hiring manager partnership, offer negotiation, and closing. Build scalable recruiting processes, represent Gallatin at industry events, manage multiple requisitions, and use AI to improve sourcing and recruiting operations. The role may involve recruiting for AI, defense, national security, and cleared positions.

Own and scale Gallatin’s endpoint, identity, SaaS, security, compliance, and office IT systems. Manage macOS, Windows, and mobile environments using Jamf Pro, Intune, Google Workspace, Okta, and Microsoft 365 GCC High. Automate provisioning, access lifecycle workflows, patching, compliance, and audit evidence. Troubleshoot complex systems issues, support employees, document processes, and establish secure controls aligned with CMMC and NIST 800-171. The role requires broad ownership and independent delivery in a small, fast-moving team.
