Own and scale Gallatin’s endpoint, identity, SaaS, security, compliance, and office IT systems. Manage macOS, Windows, and mobile environments using Jamf Pro, Intune, Google Workspace, Okta, and Microsoft 365 GCC High. Automate provisioning, access lifecycle workflows, patching, compliance, and audit evidence. Troubleshoot complex systems issues, support employees, document processes, and establish secure controls aligned with CMMC and NIST 800-171. The role requires broad ownership and independent delivery in a small, fast-moving team.

Manage end-to-end capture and proposal efforts for federal opportunities (DoD/DoW and civilian agencies). Develop proposal plans, write and edit volumes, run color-team reviews, support capture research and win themes, maintain proposal library, and implement process improvements to scale proposal throughput and win rate.

Lead mission-aligned growth in defense, federal, and commercial logistics by identifying opportunities, developing account and capture plans, conducting customer discovery, shaping solicitations, supporting proposals, and translating operational needs into product and partner requirements. Build pipeline, maintain stakeholder relationships, coordinate partners, and ensure product positioning aligns with mission workflows and acquisition realities.
