Leads the community’s accounting, payroll, human resources, resident billing, vendor payments, compliance, safety administration, and front-of-house operations. Oversees recruitment, onboarding, personnel records, financial reporting, risk management, audits, licensing readiness, and emergency preparedness. Supports resident-focused hospitality, community tours, marketing events, and executive decision-making while ensuring compliance with California Title 22 and applicable labor, safety, and financial regulations.

Coordinates and evaluates resident care services in an assisted living community while ensuring California Title 22 compliance. Develops and updates individualized service plans, monitors resident conditions, oversees medication assistance and documentation, supports inspections and corrective actions, and guides unlicensed care staff. The role also assists with onboarding, training, staffing coverage, care conferences, family communication, transitions of care, quality improvement, and maintaining confidential resident records.

Provides clinical leadership and oversight of resident care in a senior living community. Responsibilities include nursing assessments, medication administration, treatments, care-plan monitoring, documentation, regulatory compliance, infection control, care coordination, staff guidance, resident and family support, and assistance with activities of daily living. The role also supports resident orientation, wellness programming, staff training, community tours, and daily safety rounds while maintaining high standards of dignity, privacy, and service.
