Lead the museum's finance function for a ~$10M budget: oversee accounting, FP&A, treasury, audits, compliance, grants, endowment oversight, budgeting, financial reporting, ERP ownership (Abila MIP), and supervise finance staff while advising CEO and Board on strategy and risk.

Provide executive and board administrative support, manage IT and vendor relationships, administer donor database and NetSuite purchase orders, oversee office and facilities management, support hiring/onboarding and benefits, maintain contracts and compliance records, and implement administrative systems to support organizational operations.

Lead North American finance operations for Hayward Tyler and Energy Steel, owning financial control, reporting, forecasting, treasury, compliance (FAR/CAS), and performance management. Drive process improvements, support commercial proposals and M&A due diligence, manage banking relationships and external audits, and develop a high-performing finance team to maximize profitability, cash, and contractual compliance.
