Manage paid social campaigns across platforms, set up and optimize ads, produce performance reports with insights and recommendations, lead strategy discussions, forecast budgets, mentor juniors, coordinate stakeholders, and drive campaign KPIs.

Lead and mentor full-stack engineering squads to design, build, and deliver scalable React/Next.js frontends and Python (Django/FastAPI/Flask) backends. Own architecture, APIs, CI/CD, cloud deployments (AWS/Docker/Kubernetes), and cross-functional delivery while guiding AI integrations and promoting engineering best practices.

Lead and execute functional, integration, regression, cross-browser, and responsive testing for CMS-driven websites and digital platforms. Design and maintain test cases and automation scripts, track defects, leverage AI-assisted testing tools to improve coverage, and collaborate with Product, Design, Development, and Content teams in an Agile environment. Support CMS migration and release validation activities.
