The Associate Director, Core Technology will architect and lead the development of data platforms and applications, overseeing engineering teams while focusing on data engineering and cloud solutions. Responsibilities include managing technical direction, guiding teams, and fostering collaboration across functions.

Lead and scale the paid social practice: set strategy, manage P&L, build and mentor large teams, cultivate C-suite and platform partnerships, drive new business and thought leadership, and implement AI/analytics and cross-functional integrated solutions to deliver enterprise-level paid social campaigns.
