Leads creative resourcing and production traffic for a high-volume account, including capacity planning, resource allocation, workload balancing, staffing forecasts, and cross-functional coordination. The role expands into integrated project management, overseeing project plans, estimates, scrums, status reporting, issue resolution, client communications, and end-to-end delivery across creative, production, strategy, and media teams.

Lead and mentor a QA engineering team, own automation strategy and frameworks (UI, API, data), design test strategies and regression approaches, adopt AI-assisted testing, collaborate with dev/product teams, and translate quality insights for the business.

Design, build, test, and deploy backend services and APIs in Python/Django; own data modeling and pipeline work on AWS; implement RAG/LLM integrations and vector store solutions; maintain engineering best practices, CI/CD, and sprint ownership for small teams.
