Build, secure, automate, and operate multi-cloud infrastructure across GCP and AWS. Manage Terraform infrastructure, Kubernetes/GKE workloads, Helm and ArgoCD deployments, CI/CD pipelines, databases, Linux application stacks, monitoring, incident response, and platform security. The role also involves reliability improvements, documentation, root-cause analysis, and collaboration with software engineering teams.

Leads GALE’s DevOps and Platform Engineering function in Bangalore, managing engineers and contractors while owning cloud infrastructure strategy, SRE, reliability, CI/CD, automation, observability, security, and compliance. The role oversees AWS and GCP platforms, Kubernetes environments, infrastructure modernization, incident management, SLOs, IaC, and technology audits. It combines hands-on technical leadership, team development, strategic planning, and communication with senior stakeholders.

Lead and mentor a QA engineering team, own automation strategy and frameworks (UI, API, data), design test strategies and regression approaches, adopt AI-assisted testing, collaborate with dev/product teams, and translate quality insights for the business.
