Territory-focused account manager responsible for promoting Galderma's prescription dermatology biologics and consumer products to high-value accounts. Build account plans, engage KOLs, drive penetration and retention, coordinate with access/reimbursement teams, use analytics to inform strategy, execute field activities, and support product launches to achieve sales targets.

Serve as IT Business Partner for Commercial: translate commercial needs into tech solutions, map and optimize processes, manage strategic projects and vendors, align with global IT standards, monitor market and e-commerce trends, and ensure stakeholder communication.

Translate complex commercial and customer data into actionable insights to improve salesforce performance. Enable field teams with tools and routines, lead incentive design, territory optimization, and performance tracking, and align stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Medical to drive growth.
