Coordinates product lifecycle activities at a pharmaceutical manufacturing facility, including new product launches, changes, transfers, phase-ins, phase-outs, and discontinuations. Represents Supply Chain in cross-functional projects, manages product master data strategies, assesses operational risks, supports S&OP, tracks project milestones and KPIs, and drives process improvements. The role also provides key-user support for related systems and ensures compliance with customer, regulatory, and audit requirements.

Lead Regulatory Affairs activities for medicinal products, medical devices, and cosmetics across the UK and Ireland. Responsibilities include product registrations, lifecycle management, post-approval submissions, regulatory strategy, promotional material approval, artwork updates, health authority interactions with MHRA and HPRA, regulatory monitoring, and inspection support. The role partners with global, regional, commercial, medical, pharmacovigilance, supply chain, and marketing teams.

Owns SKU-level demand forecasting for assigned consumer accounts, maintaining consensus demand plans and presenting insights in demand reviews. Analyzes sales, inventory, promotional, distribution, and statistical forecast data; monitors forecast accuracy, bias, lost sales, and inventory KPIs; identifies risks and corrective actions. Coordinates product launches and lifecycle changes across cross-functional teams, supports S&OP, maintains data integrity, and improves forecasting processes.
