Lead eCommerce for Cetaphil and Benzac across ANZ platforms (Amazon, Pureplay retailers). Develop and execute eCommerce strategy, drive JBPs, forecasting, trade spend optimization, retail search and media initiatives, and performance tracking. Mentor a small eCommerce team and collaborate with regional/global, marketing, supply chain, and finance stakeholders to accelerate omni-channel growth.

Lead e-commerce strategy and P&L for Shopee, TikTok Shop, and Lazada to drive GMV growth. Build platform-specific growth plans, manage transactional media and promotions, ensure branded content and Perfect Store execution, track KPIs (GMV, traffic, conversion), run performance reviews with agencies, and coordinate Brand, Commercial, and Supply Chain stakeholders to optimize marketplace performance.

Manage and grow physician-dispensed skincare accounts within a defined territory using consultative, education-based sales. Promote products, coordinate training and events, provide technical expertise, execute marketing strategies, build strong customer relationships, manage territory routing and expenses, and participate in sales meetings to increase market share and sales.
