Owns satellite assembly, integration, and testing from mechanical and electrical integration through qualification and flight readiness. Leads troubleshooting, environmental testing, documentation, quality compliance, configuration control, and non-conformance resolution. Manages and mentors AIT technicians while developing repeatable processes, tooling, work instructions, and quality checkpoints for constellation-scale production. Coordinates schedules, materials, facilities, systems engineering, quality, and payload teams.

Leads satellite assembly, integration, and test operations from build through qualification, integration, and checkout. Owns AIT facility readiness, manufacturing execution, production planning, inventory traceability, budgets, quality systems, documentation, and continuous improvement. Manages a 5–10 person ground-floor team and coordinates with engineering, program management, supply chain, finance, and quality. Builds scalable processes and capacity for constellation-rate production while maintaining cleanroom, ESD, safety, reliability, and compliance standards.

Lead end-to-end antenna and phased-array architecture for a spaceborne SAR payload, including electromagnetic design, simulation, analytical validation, beamforming coordination, RF-thermal-mechanical analysis, measurement, environmental qualification, integration, and in-orbit support. The role requires deep antenna theory, phased-array expertise, antenna testing experience, technical documentation skills, and cross-functional collaboration. The engineer will also mentor junior staff and support flight qualification.
