Leads security operations by owning detection strategy, directing complex incident response, performing forensic investigations, integrating SIEM/EDR/SOAR and cloud security tools, embedding controls into infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines, and mentoring analysts and engineers. Communicates technical findings to executives and customers, improves detection coverage, and develops scalable response automation across cloud environments.

Own the data and analytics layer for Atlas implementations, including data readiness standards, renewal benchmarking, recurring revenue metrics, and executive-level customer insights. Lead commercial analytics discussions with senior customer stakeholders, translate metrics into product specifications, identify renewal risks and recommended actions, manage Data Analysts and capacity planning, and maintain benchmarking datasets.

Lead Gainsight’s Product Security strategy and mature its application security program across a cloud-native SaaS platform. Responsibilities include implementing Secure by Design principles, threat modeling, architecture reviews, vulnerability remediation, security gates, and testing with SAST, DAST, SCA, and container scanning. Manage and develop a global Product Security engineering team, partner with Engineering and Product leadership, communicate technical risk to executives, and drive cross-functional security alignment.
