The Chief of Staff amplifies the CEO’s impact by managing executive communications, operating rhythms, board and investor materials, annual planning, company goal-setting, and cross-functional strategic initiatives. The role coordinates executive meetings and offsites, develops dashboards and KPI reporting, supports M&A evaluations, and embeds AI into planning and decision-making workflows. It requires exceptional executive writing, analytical ability, project leadership, discretion, and strong relationships with senior leaders and board stakeholders.

Lead end-to-end planning and execution for flagship conferences, trade shows, virtual events, and internal programs. Manage event timelines, logistics, budgets, contracts, vendors, agencies, speakers, and production partners. Partner with marketing, sales, customer success, and creative teams on promotion and follow-up. Track attendance, pipeline, retention, and event impact while improving playbooks and building AI-assisted workflows.

Own end-to-end deployment of Gainsight’s Atlas AI service for strategic customers, including discovery, technical implementation, integrations, ROI modeling, renewals, and outcome reviews. Coordinate across engineering, support, services, and customer teams to resolve blockers, prioritize deployment roadmaps, and improve the core product. Build business cases, guide go/no-go decisions, document implementation learnings, and shape product strategy using field evidence.
