Build the marketing playbook from zero, translate market insights into product direction, and develop AI-native workflows for the PMM team. The role requires exceptional writing, AI product fluency, ambiguity tolerance, and 0-to-1 launch experience.

Leads product marketing strategy for Gainsight’s Customer Success and Staircase products, including positioning, messaging, competitive strategy, packaging, and end-to-end go-to-market launches. Develops customer, market, and competitive insights; enables Sales and Success teams; supports executive narratives, analyst engagements, and external events. The role also advances AI-native marketing processes and collaborates cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Enablement, Design, Operations, and demand generation teams.

Leads Gainsight’s Product Security function by maturing application security, embedding Secure by Design principles, and overseeing threat modeling and security architecture reviews. The role manages global product security engineers, drives security testing coverage and deployment security gates, leads vulnerability remediation, and partners with Engineering and Product leadership on risk and architecture. The Director will build high-performing teams and programs for a cloud-native, multi-tenant SaaS platform.
