Build full-stack infrastructure for fertility-care financing and navigation, including workflow orchestration, AI-powered operations, underwriting models and pipelines, external healthcare and financial integrations, and member-facing experiences. Work with Python, TypeScript, Frappe, Next.js, React, MariaDB, Redis, and a modern AWS-based data and observability stack in a highly regulated healthcare and finance environment.

Own end-to-end design for a core product area, from problem definition through launch and measurement. Conduct member and stakeholder research, shape product decisions, collaborate closely with engineers during development, and design clear, trustworthy experiences for medically complex and financially high-stakes situations. Contribute to shared design systems and use research, analytics, and judgment to guide decisions.

Lead and build Gaia's creative function: own visual identity and design system, create high-converting brand and performance assets across channels, implement AI-native creative workflows, partner with Growth and Leadership, manage projects, and hire and mentor designers to scale the team.
