The role requires extensive commercial building-materials and specification-sales experience, strong communication skills, industry knowledge, and a valid driver's license.

Leads GAF’s Automation & Controls organization, overseeing team operations, capital planning, budgets, manufacturing systems, engineering practices, project delivery, documentation, safety, and continuous improvement. The role partners with engineering, IT, operations, vendors, and manufacturing facilities to modernize controls systems and optimize production across multiple locations. It manages direct reports and requires extensive manufacturing and automation leadership experience, with 60% travel.
