GAF Energy Benefits Overview

Supports high-priority, cross-functional strategic projects through research, data analysis, workflow coordination, reporting, presentations, and process improvement. The intern will track project progress, gather status updates, identify bottlenecks, synthesize data for leadership decisions, and create executive summaries and slide decks while gaining exposure to strategic planning and project management.

Supports master data management through data cleansing, validation, auditing, profiling, governance documentation, data quality reporting, system migration support, testing, and root-cause analysis. Collaborates with data stewards, IT teams, and business stakeholders to maintain accurate enterprise data and a reliable single source of truth.

Supports HR business partner activities across corporate and sales teams, including job description audits, HRIS data updates, process improvements, dashboard analysis, talent initiatives, performance management tracking, talent profile completion, and presentation development. The intern also assists with residential sales projects, coaching, performance, and business acumen initiatives while maintaining confidentiality and collaborating with HRBPs and Centers of Excellence.
