GAF Energy Benefits Overview

Develops, executes, and controls engineering projects supporting manufacturing plant goals. Identifies operational and maintenance opportunities, performs engineering analyses, recommends facility and process improvements, coordinates contractors and company representatives, and prepares capital expenditure justifications. The role partners with maintenance and production teams to complete projects safely, efficiently, and with minimal production disruption.

Leads production and maintenance teams at a high-volume manufacturing plant. Responsibilities include safety and regulatory compliance, continuous improvement, talent development, operational KPI management, machine reliability, budgeting, capital implementation, outage planning, quality, production delivery, and cost reduction. Partners with plant leadership and cross-functional teams to improve performance, maintain equipment, support workforce engagement, and achieve operational, financial, and safety objectives.

Sells GAF residential roofing products across an assigned territory by developing contractor, distributor, dealer, retail, and co-op relationships. Owns the sales funnel, negotiates pricing, closes opportunities, provides product education, analyzes market activity, and represents GAF at industry events. The role requires frequent travel, customer relationship management, territory strategy, outdoor job-site activity, and the ability to operate a vehicle safely.
