Lead and deliver the Commercial Market Insights roadmap: design and run qualitative and quantitative research, manage vendors and a team of analysts, facilitate workshops, synthesize findings into actionable recommendations, and partner with Product, Sales, and R&D to drive customer-centered commercial strategy and product decisions.

Lead plant-level quality initiatives: manage calibration, COA and batch records, perform MSA and SQC, run DOE/MVT projects, execute CAPAs and audits, train staff, support product and supplier quality, and standardize quality practices across plants.

Serve as a multisite HR business partner managing employee relations, HRIS, talent acquisition, onboarding, L&D, compensation, investigations, and HR projects. Act as change agent, coach managers, drive engagement, and modernize HR processes.
