Provide help-desk support for hardware, software, mobile devices, printers, networks and cloud applications; manage user accounts, deployments, onboarding/offboarding, asset tracking, patching, documentation, basic training, and vendor coordination to ensure secure, operational technology across office and field environments.

Lead the finance function reporting to the CEO: own budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, reporting, internal controls, compliance, and build scalable financial systems. Serve as strategic partner to leadership and collaborate across operations, HR, and teams to support growth.

Lead and direct all financial operations including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, project accounting, WIP, financial reporting, compliance, and risk management. Partner with executive leadership to set long-term financial strategy, support operational growth, oversee ERP optimization, drive process improvements, and provide financial analysis for decisions, capital projects, and acquisitions. Manage finance teams and external stakeholders to ensure scalable, compliant financial infrastructure.
