Support production and maintenance of automated manufacturing equipment. Standardize PLC logic, troubleshoot and modify Allen-Bradley programs, interface with ABB robots, and support Keyence and Cognex vision systems. Improve equipment reliability, uptime, cycle time, MTTR, and MCBF while troubleshooting electrical controls, I/O, safety circuits, and industrial networks. The role requires flexibility to work first or third shift and adjust schedules as needed.

Coordinates incoming and outgoing shipments, verifies materials and paperwork, schedules freight pickups and deliveries, resolves discrepancies and invoices, manages returns and shipment tracking, organizes storage and line-side material stocking, loads and unloads equipment, tracks fleet vehicle use, and supports material-flow improvements.

Program, troubleshoot, debug, and optimize industrial robot systems across platforms such as FANUC, ABB, Kawasaki, Nachi, and Yaskawa. Support vision-system and camera-guided applications, collaborate with controls and automation teams during builds and commissioning, and troubleshoot programs for cycle time and reliability. Positions may involve local or out-of-state travel to customer sites for installation and commissioning.
