Support men in residential recovery by maintaining a safe, structured environment; overseeing routines and medication adherence; facilitating recovery groups; conducting wellness checks; documenting shift activity and incidents; transporting residents to appointments and hearings; and advocating for their needs. The role requires compassionate communication, collaboration with the Pathway House team, accurate recordkeeping, Microsoft Office and Kipu proficiency, a valid driver’s license, and successful CORI clearance.

Oversee services for individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities, coordinate person-centered activities and support plans, supervise Direct Support Professionals, track progress, collaborate with families and agencies, address behavioral and program concerns, maintain documentation, and provide direct coverage when needed.

Provide on-site, trauma-informed support to women and children in a residential recovery program. Oversee day-to-day residence operations, monitor medications, facilitate groups, document progress and incidents, conduct wellness checks, transport residents as needed, and collaborate with staff and community partners. Maintain safety, confidentiality, and mandated reporting compliance.
