Generates revenue for outsourced accounting services by prospecting clients, developing proposals, negotiating pricing, closing sales, and building referral networks. The role manages assigned markets, identifies new opportunities, collaborates with internal teams and G&A Partners advisors, tracks sales progress, presents performance reports, and represents the company at community and industry events.

Owns portfolio-level coordination and governance for a business transformation portfolio. Tracks dependencies, risks, resources, timelines, and ROI; resolves cross-project conflicts; supports prioritization and sequencing; coaches Project Managers; and establishes governance tools, reporting, intake processes, and operating cadence. Presents portfolio insights to executives, the Board, and investors, coordinates vendor and engineering capacity, onboards project stakeholders, and ensures completed projects transition to ongoing owners.

Manages full-cycle accounting services for multiple clients, serving as the primary liaison and reviewing financial deliverables for accuracy. Responsibilities include preparing journal entries, reconciling general ledger accounts, budgeting and variance tracking, producing financial reports, coordinating client financial review meetings, presenting results, and mentoring staff accountants.
