Serve as primary customer contact to grow revenue for optics and IR camera product lines: qualify leads, manage opportunities in Salesforce, coordinate internal teams for quoting/order processing and resolution, present technical value propositions, maintain forecasts and CRM data, and build relationships with decision-makers. Support opportunity assessment, cost modeling, and occasional domestic travel.

Lead daily operations across thin film, camera/optics production, supply chain, warehousing, facilities and quality. Drive capacity expansion, NPI execution, Lean/Six Sigma improvements, KPI reporting, budget management, and compliance with ITAR/EAR, ISO and military specifications. Build and develop cross-functional teams to meet production, quality, delivery, and cost objectives.

Design, prototype, and transition thermal imaging camera hardware from schematic to production. Perform analog/digital/mixed-signal circuit design, PCB capture and layout in Altium, BOM and ERP management, lab bring-up and debug with test instrumentation, prototype soldering/rework, vendor coordination, production introduction (DFM/DFT), and sustaining engineering for fielded products.

Support accounting team with AP/AR and general accounting tasks: process vendor and receivable invoices, enter vouchers in ERP, maintain files, assist fixed assets tracking, prepare reconciliations and reports, support audits, scan and file documentation.
